? Role: Business Development Executive
? Khanapara, Guwahati (daily field travel within the city)

What you’ll do:
→ Build and grow referral relationships with GPs, paediatricians, pharmacies and diagnostic centres through structured weekly visits
→ Deliver referral feedback notes to doctors within 48 hours of their patient’s visit
→ Identify and pitch corporates, schools, housing societies and institutions for screening programmes and health tie-ups
→ Support empanelments with corporates, insurers and TPAs,



from documentation to follow-up
→ Plan and run one respiratory screening camp every month, end to end, and convert camp leads into clinic visits
→ Turn every field lead into a booked appointment via call and WhatsApp
→ Maintain the partner and lead pipeline, and own your numbers in the weekly review
You’re a fit if you:
✔ Are a graduate in any discipline (MBA a plus); 1–3 yrs in healthcare BD, pharma/diagnostic sales or hospital marketing preferred; strong freshers welcome
✔ Can walk into an HR head’s office or a principal’s office and make a explicit pitch
✔ Have your own two-wheeler and a valid licence
✔ Speak fluent Assamese and Hindi, with working English
✔ Like being measured on numbers every week, and like hitting them
