Role Description This full-time, on-site Professor role is based at Anna University in Chennai. The Professor will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses, develop curricula, and ensure high academic standards in their discipline. Responsibilities include supervising student projects and theses,



mentoring learners, and providing academic advising. The role also involves conducting independent and collaborative research, publishing in reputed journals, securing research funding where possible, and contributing to the university’s research ecosystem. The Professor will participate in academic committees, support outreach and industry collaboration, and contribute to departmental administration and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
• Advanced academic credentials in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, or Applied Sciences (Ph.D. in a relevant discipline strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated teaching skills, including curriculum development, classroom instruction, student mentoring, and fair, transparent evaluation practices.
• Strong research profile with peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and experience in securing or managing research projects.
