Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele caller role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Tele caller will make outbound calls to prospective homebuyers to introduce residential projects, understand their requirements, and qualify leads for the sales team. Daily tasks include managing call lists, following up with interested prospects, updating lead information in CRM systems,



and scheduling site visits or consultations. The role involves explaining project details clearly, addressing basic queries, and maintaining a courteous, professional communication style at all times. The Tele caller will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-up and contribute to achieving overall lead conversion and sales targets.
Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with explicit and confident telephone etiquette.
• Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening and handling queries or concerns with professionalism.
• Basic sales skills such as lead qualification, follow-up, and persuasion to encourage prospects to move to the next stage of the buying process.
