Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor quality, progress, manpower, and material consumption.
• Check RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, excavation, and other civil works.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety standards and site procedures.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure work is completed within the required quality, cost, and timeline.

• Robust knowledge of civil construction and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings
• Knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing works
• Quantity estimation and measurement skills
• Contractor and manpower management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of quality control and safety practices
• Problem-solving and site management skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
