Role Description The Waste Water Treatment (WWTP) Proposal Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.



This role is responsible for developing technical and commercial proposals for wastewater treatment projects, including reviewing client requirements, analyzing feasibility, and designing appropriate treatment solutions. Daily activities include coordinating with engineering, sales teams to gather inputs, preparing cost estimates and bid documents, and ensuring proposals meet technical standards, regulatory norms, and customer expectations. The Proposal Manager will participate in client meetings, respond to technical queries, support tender presentations, and maintain a database of proposals, benchmarks, and market intelligence. The role also involves refining proposal formats, improving estimation methodologies, and contributing to continuous improvement in bid win rates and customer satisfaction.
