CEM Electromech, a fast-growing Pune-based electronics manufacturing company, is looking for an MBA intern to work directly with the Chief of Staff / Strategy function.

This is a high-ownership research role. You'll work across:
1) International Outreach for JVs and Partnerships
• Identify target industries
• Identify target geographies
• Identify target companies

2) Strategic Projects
• Analysis, research, concept notes and briefing documents

3) Deal-Related Analysis and Research
• Valuation multiples, sector benchmarking, M&A; and investment landscape research

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing MBA (Finance, Strategy, or General Management preferred)
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, ability to build clean,



structured decks independently
• Hands-on experience with research platforms: Private Circle, VCCEdge, Screener, Tracxn or similar
• Working knowledge of capital markets, valuations, deal structures, financial ratios, sector analysis
• Strong business writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver structured outputs with minimal hand-holding

Ideal fit: MBA candidate with sharp analytical skills and solid business acumen. Consulting / IB / Founder's Office experience preferred
