Role Description The CRM Real Estate role at Namo Realty is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and updating customer data within CRM systems, tracking inquiries and leads, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients. The individual will coordinate with sales and project teams to align customer requirements with ongoing and upcoming projects, prepare and share project information, and support the sales process.



Daily tasks include monitoring customer feedback, addressing queries and concerns, generating CRM reports, and contributing to initiatives that enhance client engagement and retention. The role also requires maintaining professional communication standards and supporting continuous improvement of CRM workflows and processes.

• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, with experience in maintaining databases, managing leads, and tracking customer interactions.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional client handling.
