SUH Tech is looking for an experienced qualified to acquire global clients through Upwork and Fiverr, manage marketplace profiles, and generate revenue for our IT and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and improve Fiverr gigs, Upwork profiles, and service listings.
• Identify relevant projects and submit tailored bids and proposals.
• Handle client enquiries, discovery calls, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Acquire clients for website development, e-commerce, digital marketing, SaaS, and AI automation.
• Coordinate with delivery teams on project scope, commitments, and timelines.
• Build lasting client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.




• Maintain daily reports on proposals, enquiries, conversions, and revenue.
• Achieve agreed monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements
• Proven experience winning projects through Upwork and Fiverr.
• Strong written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with international clients.
• Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Understanding of IT services and digital marketing.
• Ability to independently manage the acquisition process from prospecting to closure.
• Examples of successful projects and marketplace results preferred.
