About MenuCost

MenuCost is a food costing software that helps cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and other F&B; businesses understand their costs, set the right prices, and improve profits.

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Customer Success & Content Executive to support our growing customers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

What You Will Do

Customer Support & Communication
• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries in Arabic.
• Speak with cafe and restaurant owners and understand their needs.
• Explain MenuCost features and provide simple product demonstrations.
• Answer questions about food costing, pricing, and profit margins.
• Help new customers get started with MenuCost.
• Coordinate with our team to resolve customer account and billing issues.

Arabic Content
• Translate English blogs, guides, and marketing content into natural Arabic.
• Adapt content for Saudi and GCC F&B; businesses.
• Write simple Arabic content for WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Ensure Arabic content is clear, professional, and engaging.




• Maintain a consistent MenuCost brand voice.

Requirements
• BA or MA in Arabic or a related field.
• Native-level Arabic speaker.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Saudi/GCC Arabic and business communication experience is a strong advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, sales, customer success, translation, or content.
• Confident communicating with customers by phone and WhatsApp.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of restaurants, cafes, F&B;, costing, or business is an advantage.
• SaaS or digital product experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
