Role Description The Sales Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Patna, responsible for driving sales of Bajaj Finserv’s financial products and services. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective customers, explaining product features and benefits, and supporting customers through the application and onboarding process. The role involves generating leads through various channels, maintaining relationships with channel partners,



and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales. The Sales Officer will also handle customer queries, coordinate with internal sales operations teams, and provide accurate documentation and reporting to support business growth. The position requires consistent achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.
