Role Description The State Head (Sales Collection & Refinance) is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for leading and growing state-level business for auto finance, including new sales, collections, and refinance activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and guiding branch and field teams to drive portfolio growth and quality.



The role involves managing key dealer and partner relationships, ensuring timely collections, reducing delinquencies, and optimizing refinance opportunities. The State Head will also analyze market trends, prepare business reports, support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive volume growth, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue and collection targets.
• Proven Team Management and Account Management experience to lead diverse teams, oversee key accounts, and maintain long-term partner relationships.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret portfolio data, track performance metrics, assess credit and collection risks, and support decision-making.
• Background in NBFC, banking, or asset/auto finance operations, with knowledge of collections, refinance
