Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, focused on managing and growing the gold loan business. The role involves engaging with customers to explain gold loan products, assessing customer requirements, and guiding them through the application and approval process.



Responsibilities include verifying gold ornaments as per company guidelines, coordinating with internal teams for valuation and documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping. The professional in this role will monitor loan disbursals and repayments, support branch-level sales and marketing activities, and maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role also requires providing courteous customer service, resolving queries, and contributing to the achievement of branch and business targets.

• Experience in retail lending or gold loan operations, including customer handling and basic product knowledge.
