The RoleAs a Real Estate Sales Manager, you’ll own the complete sales cycle for residential properties, from the first call to the final booking. You’ll work with premium projects and high-value buyers, and your success will be measured by one thing: closures.
Key Responsibilities• Engage and qualify incoming leads
• Understand buyer needs and recommend the right properties
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits
• Negotiate deals and close bookings
• Build long-term relationships with HNI, NRI, and premium buyers
• Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, payment plans, and market trends
• Coordinate with developers for smooth bookings and documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales (residential preferred)
• A proven track record of closures and target achievement
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market
• Experience with premium projects or HNI/NRI clients is a plus
• Comfort with CRM tools and lead tracking
