Role Description
The Assistant Manager Finance will support the finance and accounting functions for Pacifica’s real estate and investment operations, working closely with senior finance leadership. This full-time,



on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses for multiple projects and entities. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing general ledger entries, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, tracking cash flows, and ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings. The role also requires monitoring compliance with internal controls and relevant financial regulations, coordinating with auditors and tax advisors, and supporting the implementation of financial systems and process improvements. The Assistant Manager Finance will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making and help optimize financial performance across the portfolio.
