Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Lodhika for a Management Representative – Quality Management System (AS9100D). The role involves overseeing implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the AS9100D-compliant Quality Management System, including documenting processes, managing internal audits, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The Management Representative will monitor quality performance indicators, analyze nonconformities, and collaborate with production, engineering,



and management teams to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. The position includes conducting QMS-related training, supporting customer quality audits and visits, and preparing reports for senior leadership on quality performance and system effectiveness. Daily responsibilities also include facilitating communication on quality standards, promoting a culture of quality, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues related to product quality and delivery.
