Role Description The Planning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for supporting project planning and controls across construction and infrastructure projects. This position involves developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with project and site teams to gather progress data, and updating plans to reflect actual performance. The role includes monitoring production planning, tracking milestones, and assisting in the preparation of reports and dashboards for management and client reviews. The Planning Engineer collaborates closely with project control teams to analyze variances, identify risks, and support corrective actions. Daily activities also include transparent communication with stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
