About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and target-oriented Business Development Associate – Brand Management to support our brand growth, client acquisition, partnerships, and business development initiatives for our Media Team.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with brands and businesses, understanding their marketing requirements, and presenting suitable branding, advertising, digital, and promotional solutions.
This role requires a combination of business development, brand understanding, client relationship management, market research, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, cold outreach, events, and digital channels.
• Identify potential brands, corporates, agencies, SMEs,



and other business prospects.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct introductory calls, meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate branding and marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and business pitches.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

2. Brand Management
• Understand the client's brand positioning, target audience, marketing objectives, and communication requirements.
• Assist in developing brand activation and promotional strategies.
• Identify opportunities for brands to increase visibility, engagement, and customer reach.
• Coordinate with internal creative, marketing, content, advertising, and technology teams to execute brand campaigns.
