Project Description: RxWorld is an online marketplace that enables pharmacies and drug wholesalers to buy and sell non-controlled, unexpired overstock prescription drugs, helping them better manage inventory and optimize cash flow.

Role Description: The B2B Sales Specialist is a full-time, remote role focused on driving adoption and growth of RxWorld’s marketplace among independent pharmacies and wholesalers. This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting online product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals. The B2B Sales Specialist will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling platform features and services. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies, gathering customer feedback to inform product improvements,



and using CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast sales, and report on performance. The role also requires delivering training sessions and onboarding support to ensure new customers can effectively use the platform.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries and issues professionally, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
