Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Corporate Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes for various roles across the client organizations . Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting job descriptions, posting roles on relevant platforms, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The role involves conducting candidate assessments, managing communication throughout the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Corporate Recruiter will also maintain recruitment data, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices.

• Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine job descriptions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and internal stakeholders.
