The role
You will ensure that processes are executed accurately, on time and as defined, and act as the bridge between business teams and IT for ERP/CRM improvements.
What you'll do
• Verify the quality and accuracy of ERP/CRM inputs from Supply Chain and other departments
• Monitor Purchase, Planning, BOM, Stores, Inventory, Production, Quality, Subcontracting and Dispatch, and extend monitoring to Sales,



Finance, HR, IT and support functions
• Identify process gaps, missing controls, delays, duplication and manual interventions, and track them in a Process Gap / Improvement Register
• Write requirements and process flows, coordinate development with IT, and run UAT through to implementation
• Track Plan vs Actual, overdue actions and commitments across departments
• Conduct process and transaction audits, and drive RCA and CAPA to permanent closure
• Lead automation, digitization, Kaizen and continuous improvement
• Build MIS and dashboards on compliance, delays, gaps and improvements

Who you are
• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical or Instrumentation (MBA Operations is an advantage)
• 3-7 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering
• Positive understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Hands-on with ERP/CRM
