About the Role
Looking for professionals from Network Operations, NOC, Service Assurance, and Service Transition backgrounds who are passionate about automating operational processes and improving service delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Automate operational workflows across incident and event management.
• Build intelligent alarm correlation and incident enrichment solutions.
• Develop workflow automation for escalation, communication, and reporting.
• Integrate monitoring and ITSM platforms.
• Automate operational runbooks and service transition processes.




• Improve MTTR and operational efficiency through automation.

Required Skills
• Experience in NOC, CNOC, Service Assurance, ITSM, or Service Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, Scripts, RPA, or Workflow Automation tools.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Understanding of Incident Management, Event Management, and SLA processes.
• Exposure to AIOps and Event Correlation solutions is preferred.
