Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, with a focus on promoting Lexfins 360’s legal, compliance, accounting, finance, IPO, and funding services. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting service offerings in a clear and compelling manner. The role involves managing client relationships,



coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions, preparing proposals, and tracking opportunities through the sales cycle. The Executive will also contribute to business growth strategies, attend relevant events or meetings, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cochin.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients.
• Business and Account Management capabilities, including understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, and supporting long-term engagements.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex corporate services clearly and professionally.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in professional services
