Role Description The Outbound Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves proactively reaching out to prospective and existing B2B customers through calls, emails, and other channels to promote the company’s spare parts offerings. The specialist will qualify leads,



understand client requirements, prepare basic quotations, and follow up to close sales and meet or exceed individual and team targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools, coordinating with internal teams on product availability and delivery timelines, and providing responsive customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role also includes gathering market feedback, identifying recent business opportunities, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
