Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Servicing & Marketing Executive to lead client relationships, oversee service delivery, and drive opportunities for business growth. The role requires strong communication, leadership, client management, and business acumen to ensure high client satisfaction, successful project execution, and long-term account growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Communicating with clients and understanding their requirements
• Building and maintaining solid client relationships
• Coordinating with internal teams such as Creative, Performance Marketing, SEO, and other marketing teams
• Following up on projects, deliverables, and timelines
• Assisting in planning and executing marketing activities and campaigns
• Understanding client objectives and coordinating with teams to deliver accordingly




• Supporting social media, digital marketing and branding activities
• Preparing client updates, presentations and basic marketing reports
• Handling day-to-day client communication and ensuring smooth execution of projects
• Identifying opportunities to improve client engagement and project outcomes
