- Review clinical documentation, discharge summaries, diagnoses and procedures.
- Assign appropriate codes as per coding guidelines.
- Ensure coding accuracy, quality and productivity standards.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare coding standards.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

- Any Graduate can apply.
- 1–3 years of relevant IPDRG coding experience.
- CCS / CIC / COC certification preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of medical terminology and inpatient coding.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
