About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MM, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and the SAP AFS/Fashion Management domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fashion and apparel business processes, SAP configuration, module integration, testing, and implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing, vendor management, and accounts payable integration.
• Configure and support SAP MM and SAP AFS/Fashion Management functionalities.
• Handle fashion-specific processes related to styles, colors, sizes, seasons, and collections.
• Integrate P2P processes with SAP FI, SD, and WM modules.
• Support SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, and process optimization.
• Perform functional testing, UAT, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Provide go-live support,



troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure smooth business operations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, conduct user training, and coordinate with business stakeholders.

Required Skills
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and end-to-end P2P processes.
• Solid expertise in SAP AFS or SAP Fashion Management.
• Relevant experience in the fashion/apparel industry.
• Understanding of style, color, size, season, and collection management.
• Experience integrating SAP MM/P2P with SAP FI, SD, and WM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP configuration, implementation support, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications
• SAP MM/P2P or SAP AFS/Fashion Management certification.
