Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. This role oversees all quality control and assurance activities, including developing and implementing QA procedures, inspecting raw materials and finished goods, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. The manager will lead a small QA team, coordinate with production and procurement to resolve quality issues, and maintain documentation related to inspections, test results, and corrective actions.



They will analyze data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, support internal and external audits, and help train staff on quality standards and best practices. Regular collaboration with plant leadership to align quality goals with production targets is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications

• Experience in quality management, including developing and implementing QA processes, conducting inspections, and managing non-conformance and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, preferably in rubber, plastics, or related industrial products, with familiarity in process control and production workflows.
• Understanding of relevant quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO systems, basic statistical quality control, root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys or fishbone diagrams).
