Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and versatile Creative Content & Design Executive who can think, write and design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content and visually engaging creatives across digital, social media, events, campaigns and institutional communication.
The role requires someone who can take a brief from idea → copy → creative concept → final design, while ensuring consistency with the brand's identity and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Copywriting
• Write engaging and platform-specific content for social media, campaigns, events, emails, brochures, websites and other communication material.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign messaging, taglines, headlines and storytelling ideas.
• Write short-form and long-form copy while maintaining the appropriate tone of voice.
• Create content for reels, videos, carousels, posters and other digital formats.
• Adapt communication for different audiences including students, parents, school counsellors, principals, alumni and other stakeholders.





Creative Design
• Design high-quality creatives and high-quality premium videos for social media, digital campaigns, events, presentations, brochures, invitations and institutional communication.
• Translate content and campaign ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Develop layouts, typography, visual hierarchy and compositions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create creatives in different formats and dimensions for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and print.
• Work on event branding and supporting collaterals such as standees, backdrops, certificates, invitations, badges and merchandise.

Creative Thinking & Campaigns
• Conceptualise creative campaigns rather than simply executing given briefs.
• Bring fresh ideas, trends and visual storytelling approaches to institutional communication.
• Collaborate with marketing, outreach, admissions, alumni and other internal teams to understand communi
