Role Description The Jewellery Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include guiding customers through product selection, maintaining visual merchandising standards, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with head office on recent collections and promotions. The manager will handle sales targets, cash management, basic reporting, and compliance with company policies and security procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana,



requiring regular interaction with walk-in customers and close collaboration with the sales team.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail store management, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion.
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
• Competence in inventory management, POS systems, and basic sales and cash handling procedures.
• Attention to detail and good aesthetic sense for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Clear and professional communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and adherence to security and operational protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
