About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and technically strong Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing team at DPS Contractors Pvt. Ltd. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced professional ready to own the structural engineering function across large-scale infrastructure and construction projects — from detailed design through to site supervision and project handover.

Key Responsibilities




• Lead structural design and engineering for large-scale infrastructure projects including bridges, highways, flyovers, industrial structures, and high-rises.
• Conduct advanced structural analysis including seismic, dynamic, and wind load assessments.
• Review and approve structural drawings, design calculations, and technical documentation.
• Drive coordination between civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines across all project phases.
• Oversee site construction activities, resolve technical challenges on-site, and enforce quality standards.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships; review and approve shop drawings and RFIs.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers; actively build team capability.
• Ensure full compliance with IS codes, IRC standards, NBC guidelines, and client specifications.
• Contribute to tendering, BOQ preparation, and value engineering exercises.
