Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, campus hiring, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment activities, placement drives, and campus recruitment, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end hiring, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts.
• Campus Hiring & Placement Drives: Coordinate with colleges,



TPOs, and placement cells to conduct recruitment drives and source suitable candidates.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Handle joining formalities, employee records, and induction processes.
• Employee Engagement: Support engagement activities, grievance handling, and a positive work setting.
• Performance & Exit Management: Assist with performance reviews, employee confirmations, exit formalities, and relieving documentation.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Support policy implementation and ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
• 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment or placement drives.
• Prior experience in campus recruitment, placement drives, college coordination, and TPO networking is highly preferred.
