Role Description The Commi 1 / DCDP role is a full time, on-site position based in Mysore.
This role involves assisting in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and SOPs.
Qualifications
• Professional experience as Commi 2 or Commi 1 or DCDP in a hotel, restaurant, or resort kitchen, with strong skills in basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, including mise en place, station management, food safety standards, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and SOPs accurately, maintain consistency in taste and presentation, and work efficiently during peak service hours.
