Role Description: The Growth and Operations Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for strengthening day-to-day operations and driving business growth across Bohofiesta Foods and Hospitality LLP’s brands.




The role will oversee operations at the Koramangala franchise of Uncle Peter’s Pancakes and support future outlets and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational execution with a commercial mindset, taking ownership of service quality, team performance, sales growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Working closely with leadership, the individual will identify growth opportunities, improve processes, strengthen team capabilities, and contribute to the company’s long-term expansion plans.

Compensation:₹2.75LPA - 3.25LPA, plus performance-based incentives linked to agreed business and operational targets, where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations: Oversee daily operations, shift management, service standards, and compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales, footfall, repeat visits, and online order volumes through local partnerships
