About the Role
Skytex Technology is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Admission Manager / Business Development Manager to lead our admissions and business development activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, managing the counselling and sales team, improving lead conversion, developing new business opportunities, and achieving monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Admissions / Business Development Team.
- Set and achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, counselling activities, and conversions.
- Develop effective strategies to improve Lead-to-Admission Conversion.
- Manage and track leads through CRM systems.
- Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of admission counsellors.
- Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission reports.




- Identify new business opportunities and potential student acquisition channels.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Social Media Teams to improve lead quality.
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up of prospective students.
- Handle important student/parent enquiries and support the team in closing high-value admissions.
- Develop strategies for branch and team-level growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, partners, and other stakeholders.
