Role Description The Owner role at Aurolab is a full-time, in office position based in Madurai,



responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction to the organization. The Owner will oversee business operations, long-term planning, and expansion into existing and new healthcare segments, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of delivering high-quality, affordable products. Daily responsibilities include guiding executive teams, reviewing financial performance, approving major investments, and monitoring compliance with regulatory and quality standards across manufacturing and distribution. The role also involves building partnerships in domestic and international markets, evaluating new product opportunities, and fostering a culture of innovation, ethical practices, and continuous improvement. The Owner will represent Aurolab with key stakeholders, including customers, regulatory bodies, suppliers, and community organizations, to strengthen brand reputation and global impact.
