Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Backend/API Developer with a strong emphasis on Automation App Testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing tools and a solid understanding of the full development lifecycle. This role requires a proactive individual who can automate tests across multiple platforms and technologies, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Implement and execute automated test cases using tools such as Selenium, ParaSoft, and Robot Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the development process.
• Manage and track issues and defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Utilize test case management packages to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in in-sprint test automation efforts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:




• 6+ years of experience in Automation Testing tools (Selenium, ParaSoft, DB testing).
• Strong knowledge of Robot Framework.
• Demonstrated experience in automating tests across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Issue and Defect Management.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Python, Java).
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of cloud services and microservices architecture.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
