Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Relationship Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Client Relationship Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients and investors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and providing timely updates on fleet performance, investments, and service delivery. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client communications, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting account reviews and renewal discussions. The Client Relationship Executive will also identify opportunities to deepen relationships, gather feedback to improve services, and represent GBG EV’s values and commitment to sustainable mobility in every interaction.

Qualifications
• Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to oversee client portfolios and ensure service quality.




• Proficiency in Client Relations and Relationship Building to maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in fleet management, mobility services, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.
• Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards for tracking client data and performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated customer-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
