About the Role

The Vice President of Brand Strategy and Corporate Communications at TresVista is a strategic leadership
role within the Marketing and Corporate Communication department, focused on driving cohesive
internal and external communications strategies, building brand equity, and strengthening stakeholder
engagement. This role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that
differentiates TresVista from competitors and highlights the unique value proposition, while leading an




integrated communications framework that enhances internal engagement and external visibility. The VP
will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive a unified brand voice
across all channels, elevate our employer value proposition, and deliver measurable impact on talent
acquisition, retention, and overall market positioning.

Key Role Deliverables

• Define and execute a differentiated brand positioning strategy that reinforces TresVista’s market
leadership and business objectives

• Ensure a unified brand voice through consistent internal and external communications across all
channels

• Design and execute strategic internal communication campaigns, including employee engagement
initiatives, organizational announcements, and culture-building programs, to align teams, drive
adoption of company priorities, and strengthen employee advocacy
