Role Description
• Generate current business by connecting with transport owners, fleet operators, brokers, and logistics companies.
• Conduct regular field visits and identify potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and current transportation processes.
• Demonstrate Autowhat AI’s Transport Management Software.




• Explain features such as bilty/LR, e-way bill, trip tracking, POD, billing, and accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to customer closure.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters and fleet owners.
• Coordinate with the engineering/onboarding team for successful customer implementation.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and daily activity reports.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the product team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications
• 1–5 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales.
• Experience selling to transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, or SMEs is preferred.
• Experience with TMS, GPS, FASTag, fuel cards, commercial vehicle finance, insurance, or SaaS is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the local transport
