POSITION: Current Vehicle Administrator

We are looking for a New vehicle administrator

Staring date: ASAP

Criteria

• Bilingual- English and Afrikaans
• Ability to work well under pressure and be target driven
• Good communication Skills with staff and suppliers
• Minimum of 1 Year experience in vehicle Administration
• CMS experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities and duties

• Full Admin functions
• Doing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Stock controlling of vehicles
• Invoicing and issuing of orders on vehicles
• Vehicle consumables ordering
• Loading of DIC’s
• Floor Plan Loading/Interest and payments as well as communication
