Role Description The Promotions Editor at 3 Monks Digital is responsible for editing and producing promotional video content that supports advertising campaigns and brand initiatives. In this full-time remote role, the Promotions Editor will collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to shape compelling promotional narratives across digital channels. Daily tasks include reviewing raw footage,



selecting clips, assembling sequences, adding transitions and effects, and ensuring that final outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role involves preparing versions tailored for broadcast and online platforms, optimizing video for different formats, and maintaining consistent quality across deliverables. The Promotions Editor also contributes ideas to improve storytelling, pacing, and visual impact, and meets project timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications

• Robust skills in Post-Production and Video Post-Production, including editing, color correction, sound integration, and basic motion graphics.
• Experience creating and editing promotional content for Commercials, ensuring brand alignment and engaging storytelling.
