We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and execution-driven Growth Manager to accelerate user growth, engagement, retention, and monetization at FRND.

This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, Business, and Analytics. You’ll work on high-impact business problems, identify opportunities through data and consumer insights, experiment with new ideas, and translate them into measurable outcomes. ?

? Drive Growth & Business Impact
• Drive high-impact growth initiatives across user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities by understanding user behavior, business performance, and underlying growth drivers.
• Translate business challenges into practical initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

? Unlock Growth Through Data & Experimentation
• Deep-dive into conversion funnels, user cohorts,



engagement patterns, and monetization metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Design and execute structured experiments across onboarding, pricing, offers, engagement, and retention to improve business performance.
• Track key metrics, measure experiment outcomes, and translate data into actionable business decisions.

? Build, Automate & Scale
• Independently drive growth initiatives from ideation to execution, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and LLM-based workflows to accelerate experimentation, simplify processes, and improve efficiency.
• Build repeatable processes, solve execution bottlenecks, and scale initiatives that demonstrate measurable impact.

? What We’re Looking For

? Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Growth, Business, Product, Strategy, Analytics, or related roles, preferably in consumer internet
