Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and online research.
• Support handling of inbound leads and assist senior team members in follow-ups.
• Learn and participate in client calls, sales meetings, product demos, and presentations.
• Build basic client relationships through timely communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-up notes in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales documentation.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets with guidance and mentorship.
Required Skills & Qualifications• Any graduate or postgraduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn cold calling, lead generation, and IT sales processes.
• Basic understanding or interest in IT services, software, or digital solutions.
