Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mumbai.
This is a full time, on-site role responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle - sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for diverse roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates effectively
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process




• Support onboarding and initial training to ensure smooth transitions for new hires

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of strong expertise in hiring and end-to-end recruitment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Testing & Inspection industry will be preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
