Job Summary

VINN by Vesta is looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager with prior experience in 3-star category hotels and a strong understanding of the Rajasthan hospitality market. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, increasing room revenue, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room revenue and overall business targets.

Generate business from corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), wedding planners, and leisure segments.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional corporate accounts and travel trade partners across Rajasthan.

Conduct regular sales calls, market visits, client meetings, and competitor analysis.

Identify current business opportunities in key markets, including Jaipur, Udaipur,



Jodhpur, Pushkar, and other destinations across Rajasthan.

Negotiate corporate rates, maintain account relationships, and generate repeat business.

Coordinate with hotel General Managers and property teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and business opportunities within the 3-star hotel segment.

Prepare sales reports, monthly forecasts, and action plans to achieve assigned targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Graduate.

3–6 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with 3-star hotels or budget and midscale hotel chains.

Prior experience in Rajasthan-focused hotel sales is mandatory.

Good knowledge of the Rajasthan hotel market, including corporate, leisure, wedding, and travel trade business.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development across Rajasthan.
