Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across business and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have robust stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of closing positions within defined timelines, and the ability to identify high-quality talent in a competitive hiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and talent requirements.




• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, databases, and professional networks.
• Handle lateral hiring for mid-level and senior-level positions across sales, business development, research, consulting, product, technology, and corporate functions, as required.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders.
• Drive recruitment closures while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
• Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, follow-ups, and offer-to-joining conversions.
• Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners wherever required.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS
