Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, ensuring HR policies and practices support SuperSquare’s growth and technology-focused culture. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.



The HR Manager will design and implement performance management, learning and development initiatives, and compensation and benefits programs. The role also involves handling employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, supporting organizational change, and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications

• Experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy implementation.
• Skills in performance management, learning and development, and designing employee engagement and retention programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices in workplace ethics, diversity, and inclusion.
