Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at DACS is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for DACS products within the assigned territory, including televisions, audio systems, and air conditioners.
Daily activities include managing and expanding the distributor and retailer network, planning and executing sales strategies, and monitoring performance against targets. The Area Sales Manager will conduct regular market visits, identify new business opportunities, coordinate promotional activities, and ensure strong visibility of the brand at point of sale. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for inventory planning, resolving customer and channel partner issues, and providing feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
