Position Title-Delivery Lead- Salesforce Business Partner

Position reports to-Associate Director – Sales Operations / Global Sales Operations

Job Purpose

To provide hands-on ownership of Acuity’s enterprise Salesforce ecosystem across user support, platform administration, data management, integration, enhancements and user enablement. The role will translate business needs into secure, scalable CRM solutions; strengthen data quality; support responsible AI adoption; and turn Salesforce data into actionable commercial insight.

Another important angle will be to improve forecasting accuracy by developing repeatable, data-led approaches that use opening pipeline position, conversion, win rates, sales cycle dynamics and deal level signals to better anticipate quarterly and year-end sales outcomes.
