Job Title: Quality Engineer – Automation & Control Panel
Industry: Industrial Automation / SPM

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect control panels, electrical wiring, cable routing, terminal connections, and component mounting.
• Verify electrical components, BOM, drawings, part numbers, and specifications.
• Perform quality inspections of machine assembly, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Conduct machine functionality testing, including PLC I/O checks, sensors, interlocks, alarms, and safety circuits.
• Coordinate with PLC, LabVIEW, Electrical, and Assembly teams for testing and troubleshooting.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections before machine dispatch.
• Verify panel wiring, earthing, labeling, and electrical safety standards.
• Prepare inspection reports, maintain quality records, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Inspect packaging, identification labels,



and dispatch readiness.

Experience:
• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Inspection in Automation, Control Panels, SPM, or Industrial Machinery.

Education:
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.

Required Skills:
• Control panel inspection and electrical wiring verification.
• BOM, schematic, and engineering drawing verification.
• Knowledge of PLC, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and safety circuits.
• Machine assembly inspection and functional testing.
• Basic PLC I/O and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Quality documentation, inspection reports, and safety standards.
